Three standard size Electrochemical generators can meet any of your treatment and processing requirements. Each unit is configurable for any one or a combination of Electrochemical treatment solutions. Our automated skid mounted units are ideal for portable platforms or permanent installations that can be connected to your DCS or designed with remote monitoring and support.

Electrochemistry Advantages

  • Ease of Operation:
    1. Logic to meet requirements of your variable process conditions.
    2. Steady state process.

  • Controllability:
    1. Single control point for treatment (Amperage) based on process Conductance.
    2. Electrode material of construction can be altered to selectively treat specific contaminants.

  • Large treatment band:
    1. Large number of beneficial treatment reactions occur simultaneously in the electrolytic cell.
    2. Electrochemically generated treatment is efficiently produced by technology (i.e. pure coagulant ion producing less flocculated waste).

Services we offer

  • Consultation

    Meet in person or remote with our subject matter experts to learn more about our products and services. We can discuss your specific issues and requirements and review optional treatments methods. Consultation typically will evolve over the course of a few meetings, first to confirm technical suitability then in depth review of contaminants (water analysis and discharge limits) and requirements (process conditions, ect.)to narrow down treatability. A feasibility study can confirm general treatment, capital and operational cost.

  • Feasibility Studies (Bench Top)

    Our scaled down Electrochemical generator is used for localized or in-house feasibility studies. Typically, 2-5 gallons of sample is needed depending on pre/post treatment analytical requirements. Feasibility studies will confirm treatment and process requirements as well as general capital and operational cost. When studies are executed in-house, processed samples can be shipped to your analytical laboratory of choice. Advanced Treatment Technologies performs some analytical spot checks using Hach reagents and instrumentation, for unbiased confirmation a local third party analytical laboratory is used.

  • Pilot Studies (Larger Scale)

    Advanced Treatment Technologies has a small mobile treatment pilot unit that is used to perform on-site longer term and larger scale treatments studies. Pilot studies will confirm treatment process, operational and capital requirements. Lets discuss how we can tailor a pilot study that can easily be bridged into a permanent solution.
