We are a fluid organization and will do what it takes to build a relationship and make you successful. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions:

• Is there a fee for consultation?

  No, we are committed to minimizing impact to your organizations resources. Our consultation services are at no cost and are happy to meet you at your facility in the greater Houston area. Otherwise, no value is lost with phone and web conferencing options to discuss your treatment needs.

• What information is needed to verify a solution?

  If submitting a a web inquiry, it would be of value to include a water analysis and process conditions such as flow rates, pressures, discharge limits, ect. If we believe Electrochemistry is an option, a feasibility study is suggested to confirm treatment, process requirements, general operational and capital cost. Otherwise, conventional chemistry may be a better option which will require conventional chemical treatment trials.

• Is there a fee for a feasibility study?

  Yes, we pass the cost of labor, utilities, analytical to the customer. The fee includes a comprehensive feasibility study report. Fees depend on day/rate, # of samples to be processed, analytical requirements, transportation, ect.

• Do you sell or rent equipment?

  Yes, we provide both options. However, we suggest service agreements to provide the best technical, treatment and operational support.
